What information do we collect?

We collect three types of information – anonymous cookies, site analytics and certain user information as per the following:

Cookies:
Files that keep information from the browsers you use, on the websites that you load whether you are registered or not.  How does this work in your favour? For instance: it gives our site the intelligence to prevent you from being presented with the same pop-up banners multiple times or it enables you to revisit areas of the website without having to form-fill again.

Analytics:
We use Google Analytics, an industry standard website traffic and activity, monitoring solution. It captures the number of times an article is read and how many users visit our website per calendar month.

The data we collect is continually tested for validity and, if the credentials are still accurate and functioning, CapTag Solutions Ltd will store and use that data until the user informs us that they would like to opt-out of the data we hold proves obsolete.

Other purposes of using data than given in consent

If CapTag Solutions Ltd would like to use your data for a purpose other than that for which your data was initially collected (such as the launch of their own sister product or service), we will inform you prior to that taking place and you will have full right to opt out at that point. 

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or submit personal information, online.

We use secure servers only. All personal or payment information supplied is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider’s database, only to be accessible by authorised individuals with special administrative access rights to these systems. These select individuals are obliged to keep all information confidential.

After a transaction is complete, your private information (any credit card details, social security numbers etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Campaigns for registered users

CapTag Solutions Ltd will only share the contact details you submit via a registration form with the material’s sponsor if you give us consent to do so via a clearly marked opt-in box. Only then may the sponsor contact you. Please note: the companies that you give us permission to share your data with may be registered in a different country to the one you are browsing our website from.
